The undersigned is directed to convey the Government's nomination in favour of Commander Md. Toufiqur Rahman, (G), PPM, BN (P No-2050), Bangladesh Coastguard (Passport No-E00017690) as a Secondee of the Regional Information, Liaison and Outreach Network (RILON) initiative launched by Depertment of Home Affairs, Australia and organized by RSO Bali Process.
2. He is also granted permission to attend the "Three-day induction programme for RILON" to be held in Bangkok, Thailand from 30 March, 2026 to 01 April 2026 (excluding travel time) organized by RSO Bali Process.
